SSU Facilities Master Plan Survey

Hill Hall on the Savannah State University Campus

Earlier this year, Savannah State University received funding from the University System of Georgia to update the SSU Facilities Master Plan. The Facilities Master Plan is a roadmap that helps institutions plan for the physical development of campus facilities over time. After completing the bid procedures, SSU initiated the Facilities Master Planning process with The Sizemore Group leading the effort. Grounded in SSU’s historic mission, the 2024 Facility Master Plan will support the framework for campus physical development for the next five to ten years.

To ensure the success of this plan, which is crucial for recruiting, retaining and graduating more students, our consultants have provided surveys to collect feedback from faculty, staff, administrators, students, alumni and the local community. The feedback is critical to help us assess current campus conditions, usage of building and other campus facilities.

The deadline to submit the completed the surveys is Friday, Nov. 8.
